Basel Bataineh

Basel Bataineh is a Director with the Financial Consulting Group in Dallas, TX. Since joining CBRE in 2014, he has underwritten and assisted with the execution of a wide array of real estate transactions, ranging from regional shopping centers to national logistics portfolios. Utilizing his knowledge of capital markets and industry underwriting practices, Basel develops solutions that benefit clients by identifying critical property-level financial issues and areas for value creation.

Basel is also a member of CBRE National Partners, an organization of over seventy professionals who deliver superior strategy and execution over the industrial property life cycle and across the capital stack. Basel focuses primarily on portfolio transactions and works closely with brokers and clients to ensure that projects are underwritten accurately and marketed effectively to connect each opportunity with the right investor.

In his tenure at CBRE, Basel has consulted on over 520 million square feet of commercial space. In the years since its inception in 2010, CBRE National Partners has advised over 700 clients in transactions ranging from $4 million to $4 billion, totaling over $210 billion in total sales.
