Beau has spent more than 35 years in Wichita, 15 years in the CRE business, and has over 10 years full time experience in Wichita Commercial brokerage. Beau has been an advisor in transactions involving all major property types, weighted toward office, industrial, multifamily & retail. Beau invests in and develops his own properties, utilizing knowledge as a principal to assist clients with a level of detail beyond the norm. Beau has been a beneficiary of unique mentorship from many of the “legends” of Wichita CRE, providing a transfer of experience and a deep network.
