Beau Leonard, MAI, AI-GRS has over 25 years of experience in real estate valuation and consulting. Mr. Leonard has performed real estate valuations of fee simple, easement, leased fee and leasehold interests of existing and proposed properties including land, retail, industrial, office, hotels, residential subdivisions, single-family residences, RV parks, automotive dealerships, churches, agricultural uses, and specialty use properties. Consulting assignments Mr. Leonard has performed have included market rent analyses, feasibility studies, marketability studies, and tax appeals.

Mr. Leonard has extensive experience performing appraisal reviews for lending institutions across the United States. Much of his appraisal experience has been in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. Throughout Mr. Leonard’s career, he has done significant work in eminent domain valuation related to utility and highway right-of-way takings, while working with both the condemning authorities and property owners.
