Ben provides real estate consulting services to commercial real estate users in Dallas-Fort Worth, throughout the United States, and around the world.
He takes a consulting-driven approach to commercial real estate, helping clients align every occupancy decision with their broader business strategy, from site selection and lease negotiation to renewals, restructures, and long-term portfolio planning. Ben works the full spectrum of requirements, from single-suite offices to full-floor headquarters and multi-market portfolios.
Over the course of his career, Ben has advised on more than 750 transactions totaling over 5.7 million square feet of office space. That depth of experience, paired with deep market knowledge, allows him to anticipate how deals come together and to negotiate outcomes that consistently deliver value for his clients. Ben lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with his wife and their four children.
