Ben Davis is a Senior Vice President within CBRE’s Office Leasing group, where he focuses on the leasing and marketing of commercial office buildings in the CBD as well as suburban submarkets. Since joining the firm in 2011, Ben has served his clients in a customized approach to meet their needs and produce winning outcomes.
Since 2013, Ben has completed over 700 leasing transactions totaling more than 5.1 million square feet representing a total lease consideration of $1.1 billion. Currently, Ben handles the leasing and marketing of a portfolio that totals over 4.0 million square feet in the D/FW area.
