Ben Kilgore

Ben Kilgore joined CBRE | Raleigh in 1997 as a Sales Associate working primarily in Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation and Investment Sales. In 1998, Ben transitioned full-time to Investment Sales concentrating on office, flex, industrial and multi-housing projects in the $10 million to $200 million range.

Before coming to CBRE | Raleigh, Ben held various positions at Pine State Creamery, a Raleigh dairy foods manufacturing and distribution company. Ben served as VP of Distribution, VP of Sales and President, overseeing a $40 million, multi-state manufacturing and distribution company.

Throughout his career with CBRE | Raleigh, Ben has consistently been recognized as a Top Producer with CBRE | Raleigh, CBRE, Inc and in the Triangle. His experience has led him to close several high-profile deals including recent transactions such as:

• IQVIA Headquarters, Durham | $89.7 million | December 2020
• Perimeter Park STNL Portfolio, Morrisville | $189.1 million | September 2020
• Citrix Headquarters, Raleigh | $84.8 million | December 2019
• Captrust Tower, Raleigh | $137.8 million | July 2019

Ben’s excellent track record has allowed him to receive many awards including CBRE’s Americas Top 600 Producer for over 5 years and CBRE | Raleigh’s Top Individual Producer for over 10 years.

Since 2014, Ben has been responsible for the sale of 54 transactions totaling over $2 billion.
