Benjamin Rouah is Managing Director, Head of Real Estate Investment Banking, Continental Europe within CBRE Capital Advisors.  Benjamin oversees a team of senior real estate investment bankers located in Oslo, Paris, Milan, Madrid, Lisbon, Frankfurt and Amsterdam focusing on M&A and equity raises. Benjamin joined CBRE in 2019 from J.P. Morgan where he was a real estate investment banker with over 18 years’ experience working in London, Paris and New York. Benjamin has a wealth of experience in domestic and cross-border M&A, restructuring, sale and leasebacks, equity offering and complex debt financing.
