Bennett Janecek

Bennett Graduated from the University of Nebraska in May of 2023. Bennett has a degree in Finance and a minor in Marketing. Bennett has had a desire to pursue a career in Commercial Real Estate since Highschool. CBRE was his target, and he was brought onto the team following his graduation. Bennett has vast experience in uncomfortable business situations which makes him an anomaly at his young age. Bennett worked at Northwestern Mutual making hundreds of cold calls a week and then took a job at Marketsphere where he worked on the unclaimed properties team, with companies such as Uber. CBRE chose Bennett due to his extensive knowledge in Real Estate and Sales, which he gained through helping his parents manage Airbnb properties in Colorado.

Since Joining CBRE in June of 2023, Bennett has been involved in both Landlord and Tenant Representation, Leasing and Sales.
