Bennett Janecek

Bennett is a Commercial Real Estate Associate at CBRE. He is involved in a variety of transactions including office, industrial and retail sales and leasing, as well as land sales. Since joining the firm in June 2023, he has gained experience working with diverse property types and has brokered in excess of $29 million in transactions.

Prior to CBRE, Bennett developed a strong foundation in sales and business development through roles at Northwestern Mutual and Marketsphere Consulting. There, he honed his communication and prospecting skills, which he leverages in his current role at CBRE. These experiences provided valuable skills in navigating client interactions and thriving in high-pressure environments.

His academic background in finance and marketing from the University of Nebraska (May 2023) contributes to his well-rounded approach to commercial real estate. Bennett is involved in portfolio management for a variety of clients and works across the country, demonstrating his ability to assist diverse organizations across multiple sectors.
