Beth Chaitman

Beth Chaitman is a Project Manager with CBRE Chicago’s Business Transition and Move Management team, responsible for overseeing complex relocation management projects. In this role, her responsibilities include project initiation, budgeting and cost control, scope development, scheduling, vendor bid review and selection, move meetings, communications planning and general oversight and close-out of the occupancy process. Through responsible planning, timely control, and upfront communication, Beth is a skilled leader able to develop an effective communication plan and orchestrate the hundreds of tasks required to manage each phase of the project for her clients.

Prior to joining CBRE, Beth managed Workplace Strategy for Walgreens, where she developed and implemented new standards, policies, and guidelines for alternative workplace solutions in all office facilities within the portfolio to reduce real estate costs, increase efficiency, and improve team member collaboration and engagement. She also served as a Manager of Office Planning and Design, where she managed the design, construction and relocation of commercial office, call center, retail and healthcare facility projects ranging in size from 40,000 square feet to over 500,000 square feet.
