Betts Ervin is Managing Director of Occupier Services for CBRE in Atlanta, where she leads the markets growth strategy for leasing and consulting services delivered to occupiers of office, industrial, and retail properties.
Betts joined CBRE in 2018 as Sales Manager of the Atlanta office and was promoted to Sales Director in 2021. In that role, she directed sales management across metro Atlanta, including business development, pursuit strategy, broker debriefs, team formation, multi-market coordination, and platform collaboration. Her promotion to Managing Director in November 2024 placed her on the Atlanta leadership team, where she connects occupier professionals to CBRE's full platform to drive local market growth.
An Atlanta native and graduate of The Lovett School and the University of Georgia, Betts is active in the commercial real estate community. She serves on the board of directors of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS and is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Atlanta. She is also active with Skyland Trail, an Atlanta-based nonprofit providing mental health treatment.
Outside of work, Betts enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, cooking, and playing tennis.
