Bill Bones, a First Vice President in CBRE’s Phoenix office, has specialized in the Arizona retail market for over a decade. He has completed more than 250 lease and sale transactions totaling over 1 million square feet. Bill has an extensive background in landlord representation, tenant representation, land sales and pre-leasing of new developments in Arizona. He has proven expertise in creating and implementing strategic, results-oriented leasing plans for new and existing retail developments.
Bill graduated from Arizona State University, WP Carey School of Business, with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
His vast knowledge of the Arizona retail real estate market and unwavering dedication to putting the client’s needs first allow Bill to provide the highest value to his clients.
