William Jollit Jr

Bill Jollit currently serves as the Real Estate Manager for CBRE’s strategic real estate partnership with Tenet Health Care System, one of the nation’s leading healthcare services companies, with a network that extends from coast to coast. He is part of the CBRE team responsible for the delivering best-in-class, comprehensive real estate services to Tenet’s Brookwood Medical Center, whose on-campus real estate assets consist of 700,000 square feet of medical office and administrative office space.

As Real Estate Manager, Mr. Jollit is responsible for oversight of building maintenance, housekeeping, and leasing services, which includes negotiating terms for a portfolio of leases that generates $7 million in annual income. His understanding of healthcare compliance issues in hospital-physician leasing transactions, allows him to assume overall responsibility for the success of a project from site identification and lease inception to project build-out and occupancy for both landlord and tenant leased space.

Mr. Jollit has more than 12 years of healthcare real estate experience and prior to joining the Tenet account, Bill served as the Director of Transaction Management on the Baylor Health System account. While at Baylor, he participated in many roles include strategic planning as it relates to space optimization/utilization, identifying “best practices” to increase accuracy and efficiency within the account, and preparation of an annual budget and 5-year plan for a portfolio consisting of 670+ leases with annual rent expense of $98.1 million and annual rent income of $49.7 million. Mr. Jollit was also actively involved in the real estate due diligence phase necessitated from the recruitment and acquisition of new physicians through Baylor’s practice management organization.
