Bill Kilborn

William Kilborn is a Senior Vice President with CBRE in Atlanta and has represented office tenants during his entire 35-year career. His primary focus is representing tenants in the marketing, leasing and subleasing of office space in metro Atlanta, as well as real estate investment analysis and strategic planning for owners and tenants. Some of his current clients include The Publicis Group, Hire Dynamics, Alexander Group, Courier Net, Prime Engineering, and BTG Pactual.

Mr. Kilborn was a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield from 1987 to 2005, first in the Chicago office, then in Atlanta. One of the top tenant brokers at Cushman & Wakefield, he also focused on tenant representation for clients such as Cellnet Holding Corp., Radiant Systems, Inc., and Rabobank Group, to name a few. He later joined CBRE in 2005 and has been in the Atlanta office ever since.

Mr. Kilborn is active in the Ansley Golf Club Membership Committee and served four years on their Board of Directors. He has also spent a considerable amount of time fundraising at the Shepherd Spinal Center and is involved in the First Tee Organization in Atlanta. He is also very busy raising his teenage twins and loves coaching their teams.
