With over 15 years of leadership in the corporate real estate outsourcing industry, Bill has spearheaded first, second, and third-generation outsourcing initiatives across Facilities, Project, and Transaction Management. He has successfully managed some of the largest and most complex assignments in the field. Currently, as the Global Head of Healthcare Client Solutions, Bill leverages his extensive experience to enable health systems to achieve 10-25% cost savings, enhance operational excellence metrics by 20-45%, maintain facility uptime above 99.5%, and execute large multi-billion-dollar construction projects on time and within budget 99% of the time.
Previously, Bill was the Global Healthcare Facilities Management Lead, where he championed operational excellence across a multi-client portfolio exceeding 200 MSF and 8,700 sites, including acute care, ambulatory, pharmacy, and office properties. He led a strategic initiative to improve compliance at the federal, state, and local levels, reviewing over 200,000 individual items at the property level, and completed the program faster than any other sector within CBRE. Additionally, as the Smart FM Champion, he assisted six clients in automating facilities-related tasks, enhancing compliance and allowing technical teams to focus on higher-value activities.
Before his current role, Bill served as the Global Alliance Director for a confidential healthcare client, the largest outsourcing event in healthcare, transitioning a 37 MSF portfolio across 10 countries. Bill delivered $20M+ in annual cost savings.
Earlier in his career, Bill was the Alliance Director for a major APAC-based global bank, where he transformed a Top 10 global client relationship from a “yellow” to “dark green” satisfaction rating in six months. He successfully built a new leadership team, increased diverse supplier spending by over 300%, and achieved significant improvements in multiple client metrics, resulting in "world-class" CSAT scores, sustained financial growth, and a 90% employee satisfaction rating. He also held progressively responsible roles in facilities management, project management, and lease transactions at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, supporting sophisticated banking clients.
Elected by his peers, Bill served on the Board of Directors for CoreNet Global in both the Carolinas and Arizona chapters. He is also a current member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and CoreNet Global.
