Associated Office
Bill Sandridge is a Vice Chairman with CBRE's Advisory and Transaction Services team, where he advises organizations in navigating complex real estate decisions domestically and internationally. An industry veteran with more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Bill brings a rare combination of brokerage expertise and institutional financial acumen to every client engagement – which have touched all property types and included development advisory, headquarters assignments, and multi-property dispositions.
Over the course of his career, Bill has worked as both a tenant representative and a landlord agent. He held responsibility for leasing an office and industrial portfolio for one of nation's top REITs before helping establish a new brokerage office in Raleigh. He subsequently joined a boutique tenant advisory firm that was ultimately merged into JLL, where served as the office's managing principal for 5 years. In addition to his leadership roles at the firm, Bill led portfolio accounts, spearheaded build-to-suits, served as a corporate occupier advisor and held key roles a variety of real estate transactions.
Bill has been recognized as a top producer for the last 20 years and has accumulated numerous awards for performance and client satisfaction.
