Bill Wright is a Senior Vice President with CBRE, Inc. and has been recognized as a leading broker in the office and retail markets for over 30 years in Central Iowa. A member of a brokerage team with Chris Pendroy, Grant Wright, and Dakota Little, his Iowa Partners team has consistently completed over 150 sale and lease transactions each year. In 2025, Iowa Partners completed 176 transactions representing over $182MM in transaction volume. The team is focused on client satisfaction and providing the highest quality of tenant representation and landlord agency services to their clients. The results are evident in the number of long-term client relationship the team has established over several decades with client such as University of Iowa Health Care, Aterra Real Estate Holdings, Colby Interests, Taco John’s, Sport Clips, MDM Equity, and others. From 2018 to 2024, Bill also served as the Managing Director of the Des Moines CBRE office.
