Notable transactions include, but are not limited to, the 530,000 square foot lease to Amazon at the Culver Studios, the 285,000 square foot lease to Riot Games at the Element LA Campus, the 415,000 square foot lease of the ICON & CUE Buildings at Sunset Bronson Studios and the 257,000 square foot lease to Netflix (the largest office leases by both size and dollar value ever signed in the history of Hollywood) and the 257,000 square foot lease of The Ford Factory to Warner Music Group (the largest office lease by both size and dollar value in Downtown LA’s Arts District).
Prior to CBRE, Mr. Fauntleroy joined from Anderson Real Estate, where he oversaw acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and asset management of a 4.4 million square foot portfolio. He attended The University of Southern California, where he graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and real estate finance. At USC, he played Division 1 Men’s Volleyball, serving as a 2X captain of the team and 4X scholar athlete.
