Blake Bogenrief is a senior commercial real estate broker with CBRE. Over the years, he has executed hundreds of transactions on behalf of national, regional, and local clients. His transactions range from local leases to multi-million-dollar investment sales.
Previously a commercial portfolio analyst serving a top three US retirement fund, Blake joined Team Synergy in 2019. Team Synergy is the top performing commercial brokerage team in Iowa and consists of Tyler Dingel, Ajdin Nadarevic, Riley Hogan, Todd Millang, Michelle Drummer, and Kayla Monroe.
In addition to providing transaction and negotiation services, Blake provides his retail, office, and industrial clients with market analysis, opinions of value, lease studies, site selection services, TIF underwriting, and more.
