Blake Bogenrief, CCIM is a senior commercial real estate broker with CBRE. Over the years, he has executed hundreds of transactions on behalf of national, regional, and local clients. His transactions range from local leases to multi-million-dollar investment sales.
Previously a commercial portfolio analyst serving a top three US retirement fund, Blake joined CBRE in 2019. In addition to providing transaction and negotiation services, Blake provides his retail, office, and industrial clients with market analysis, opinions of value, lease studies, site selection services, underwriting, and more.
No matter the assignment, Blake assists his clients in making sound business decisions.
