Blake works exclusively in landlord representation and sales with a focus in the Northwest and West Denver submarkets. His in-depth market knowledge and transaction history allow him to provide his clients the most current information to guide their real estate decisions.
Blake’s primary focus is working with institutional landlords developing and implanting leasing strategy in his submarkets. Previously Blake was also interlinked with CBRE Global Corporate Services, working with corporate tenants that need detailed market knowledge when establishing a presence in Denver for the first time or evaluating their options in the market. This work has led Blake to work with large corporate users both nationally and locally, as well as smaller, local firms in his specialty markets.
Additionally, Blake’s landlord work has allowed him to obtain unparalleled experience in his focused Denver submarkets. His depth of information, both current and historical, is second to none in his territory. In 2018 alone Blake completed nearly 80 transactions totaling 1MM square feet in the West and Northwest Denver office markets. His transaction history and long-term focus with institutional Landlords and investors is used to assist developers and lenders during their underwriting and acquisition process and enable his clients to make informed decisions while maintaining the highest possible values. Some of his clients that benefit from this experience are Franklin Street Properties, KBS, Steelwave, GEM, TriTower, Mark IV and TD Ameritrade.
Prior to joining CBRE in early 2007, Blake managed a highly successful Denver company. Blake’s detailed market knowledge and strategic value-driven focus has led Blake to being an integral member of the most dominant team in his submarkets.
