Blake joined CBRE in 2021 as a Senior Operations Manager, leading the day-to-day operations of the New England corporate Advisory offices. In this role, he is responsible for the region’s Operations and Client Services (producer support) teams, personnel management, human resources, operational budgets/policies/procedures, employee experience, and information technology.
In addition to partnering closely with local and regional market leader(s) and shared services leader(s) to drive efficient and strategic operations, Blake is involved in the development and integration of national, regional, and local operational strategies and company services for employees.
Blake brings over a decade of experience in the corporate operations field, including leading the global office operations at tech company Zerto as well as at economic consulting firm The Brattle Group.
