Blake is part of our Industrial Services team and represents tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers with the acquisition and disposition of industrial real estate.
Blake has been an Industrial Broker in the market since 2016 and joined CBRE in January 2025. He is a graduate of Centre College with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He has earned his CCIM designation, representing proven expertise in negotiation, financial, market, and investment analysis. Blake is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana.
