Blake represents high-growth technology companies across the Bay Area, helping clients transform their corporate culture through workplace. With the Bay Area being home to some of the most impactful and competitive companies globally, he strives to help his clients stay ahead by investing in environments that advance their unique cultures and guiding values. Blake solely works on occupier representation and is focused on building lasting relationships with his clients, working with them as an extension of their team.
Prior to joining CBRE, Blake worked at boutique tenant advisory firm T3 Advisors. During his six years at T3, Blake established a successful track record fulfilling the real estate needs of high-growth and publicly-traded companies.
Before T3, Blake worked in Austin for local developer Live Oak Gottesman, where he provided valuable insights for institutional owners like Clarion, TA Realty, and Prologis. Blake leverages his experience from Live Oak Gottesman in his deals today by anticipating landlords’ preferred deal structures and determining creative solutions tailored toward his client's objectives.
