Blake Waltrip is the Managing Director of CBRE’s market-leading Occupier Services group in Dallas-Fort Worth. He is responsible for a team of over 80 professionals working in the office, industrial, data center and healthcare sectors. Under his leadership, the team strategically delivers a full spectrum of commercial real estate service offerings to clients.
Before joining CBRE, Waltrip was an Executive Vice President at JLL in Dallas. He was highly regarded as a leader and expert in the DFW office sector, negotiating over 10 million sq. ft. in transactions and working with several Fortune 500 on their regional headquarter transactions.
