Blake joined CBRE North County San Diego as an Associate in 2017. Blake works with an established team of brokers that have over 60 years of experience working with landlords, tenants, and investors. His team specializes in helping business owners, investors and developers buy, sell and lease North County’s Industrial, and R&D properties. Prior to brokerage, Blake was part of CBRE’s research department as a Senior Analyst. Blake’s background in Research gives him a diverse and rounded knowledge of the commercial real estate business.
