These include many leading local and national companies such as Hill Companies, Washington Capital, Remedy Medical Properties, Omninet Capital, Palomar Health, Sentre Partners, NetReit, Fenway Properties, Swift Real Estate Partners, Stos Partners, Sunroad Enterprises, SVN Equities and Triquest Development. Since 2018, Bob has completed over 375 leasing and sale transactions valued at over $500 million worth of total consideration.
