Bobbie Guerrero is the Operations Manager for the Dallas office. She partners with market and LOB senior leadership in a defined region to develop and implement strategic priorities for operations. Responsible for directing all office services, client support services, and business operations activities, in alignment with local business strategy. Drives operational excellence, efficiency and collaboration by allocating resources to the most productive uses. Partners closely with leaders in Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Research and Marketing to integrate operational support for all shared services. Ensures achievement of operating plan in partnership with Finance. Works closely with Sales Professional’s to align their needs with the right team. Conducts white board exercises to discover gaps in processes and bridges gaps for best outcomes.


Developed Planner/PowerBI Workflow Dashboard to assist and manage staff remotely, real-time. The platform generates data that allows Leadership to measure Key Performance Indicators (KPI), manage unproductive downtime, align staff pipelines with Sales Professionals, create collaboration, create training opportunities, and reduced overhead.

Bobbie is the lead in Implementing and training for this platform. In addition to sharing many other best practices that have been developed throughout her time at CBRE.
