Bonnie Longo is a Senior Vice President and Multifamily Market Leader in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area at CBRE. Ms. Longo brings over 28 years of experience in property valuation and consultancy for all major property types throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Her focus has been exclusively multifamily assets since 2016 including existing and proposed garden/midrise apartments, urban high-rise assets, mixed-use assets, student housing, and affordable housing.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Longo was a Managing Director of the Mid-Atlantic Region for Apprise by Walker & Dunlop, where she led the regional multifamily team and directed all aspects of the appraisal process including production, reviews, consulting, and client development.
