Bonny Wong

Bonny Wong is a Manager within CBRE's Americas Consulting practice based in New York. In this role, she leads workplace strategy engagements and research locally and globally, guiding organizations through workplace transformation across a variety of sectors.

A human-centered designer by training, Bonny takes an interdisciplinary and creative approach to the future of work. From crafting workstyle personas that inform space programs to leading workplace activations, she has helped clients across industries align their environments to unique ways of working.

Beyond client delivery, Bonny leads product development for the Americas Consulting team, building innovative tools and smart workplace solutions that reflect the practice's latest thinking. Championing these products on a global scale puts her at the forefront of emerging workplace thinking, where insights gathered from across the world continuously shape and sharpen her point of view.
