Brad Kaufman is a Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services Group in San Antonio, where he specializes in office occupier advisory services. Brad joined CBRE in 2022 to expand the local and regional presence for the Occupier Solutions and Investment Sales groups. Combining market intelligence with a consultative approach, Brad assists a wide variety of companies with leasing and acquisition strategies, as well as disposition services.
Brad has completed over 300 leasing and sales transactions totaling over 2.4 million square feet and $400 million in transactional value, throughout his career in the greater San Antonio market and throughout the country.
Prior to joining CBRE, Brad was a Vice President at Transwestern Commercial Real Estate Services in San Antonio.
