Before joining CBRE, Brad advised clients at a boutique brokerage in Midlothian and previously managed operations at an Amazon distribution center—experience that provides firsthand insight into how industrial users evaluate space, logistics, and efficiency. A former U.S. Army Engineer Officer who led mission-critical operations in Afghanistan, Brad brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to every assignment.
