Brad Lyons is an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Institutional Properties Group. He is also a senior member of the National Retail Partners (NRP) and specializes in the advisory, marketing and sale of retail assets throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.
Brad has been involved in over 250 retail investment sale transactions, totaling over $3.0 billion in value throughout his career.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2006, Brad began his career at Marcus & Millichap in 2000, representing owners of retail investment properties both in Colorado and other markets across the United States.
