Bradley Rogge, MAI

Bradley Rogge, MAI is located in Omaha, Nebraska and serves as a Vice President for the CBRE Valuation & Advisory team servicing the Midwest division. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Rogge worked for Colliers International where he served as a senior valuation specialist as a generalist working on all property types in the Midwest geographical area. With over 20+ years of commercial real estate he has diverse background with a wide variety of commercial property types. He combines his in-depth local knowledge and expertise in a wide variety of commercial property types with CBRE’s best-in-class resources to provide superior customer service to clients.

Mr. Rogge has extensive experience in performing real estate valuations for disposition, financing, investment analysis, and real estate consultation. With cross-disciplinary exposure in corporate real estate involving finance, legal issues, cost segregation, site analysis, construction, redevelopment issues, acquisitions, dispositions and consulting.

Mr. Rogge holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and has served as the President of the Nebraska Chapter since 2024.
