In over a decade at CBRE, Brady has facilitated transactions locally in Chicago and nationwide for portfolio-level clients totaling nearly 2 million square feet., Brady serves a diverse client base that includes Fortune 500 corporations, leading global law firms, healthcare organizations, and startups.
Brady excels in delivering a strategic, transparent, and communicative approach to guide clients systematically through complex real estate processes. His consultative approach with clients ensures that desired outcomes are clear from the outset which leads to efficient execution, stronger negotiating leverage, and transactions that consistently outperform market benchmarks.
Before joining CBRE in 2014, Brady honed his expertise over five years as a consultant in the healthcare and non-profit sectors.
