Brandon Henderson serves as CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) Global Head of Digital, Data & Transformation and a member of the VAS Executive Leadership Team. In this role, Brandon leads a high-impact global team focused on driving innovation, optimizing processes, and advancing artificial intelligence across CBRE’s digital and data platforms. His strategic vision and commitment to transformative solutions are helping shape the future of commercial real estate.

Under Brandon’s leadership, CBRE has emerged as a pioneer in integrating AI, machine learning, and process automation into its Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) operating and technology platforms. He has cultivated strategic partnerships with vendors, clients, and industry experts to accelerate innovation and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.

Brandon’s career in commercial real estate began at PGP Valuation, where he combined his foundational expertise in valuation with a passion for process automation. He went on to hold senior roles at Altus Group and Colliers International, where he refined his skills in data strategy, market research, and product development—always exploring the “art of the possible” in real estate technology.

Widely recognized for his forward-thinking approach and deep industry insight, Brandon is a trusted advisor to organizations seeking to enhance their digital strategies and achieve operational excellence.
