Brandon Schempp brings over 15 years of experience to his role as First Vice President at CBRE. Since joining CBRE in 2024, Brandon has become a key player within the Golf & Resort Group, leveraging his extensive background in sales management and strategic partnerships to drive growth and innovation.

At CBRE’s Golf & Resort Group, Brandon leads the daily operations and execution tasks for the Golf & Resort team. He is responsible for overseeing key client relationships, managing high-profile transactions, and developing strategic marketing initiatives.

Brandon is highly experienced in a wide range of leisure property transactions, including public & private golf courses, ski resorts, master planned communities, beach resorts, and private clubs. His deep understanding of these diverse asset types allows him to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Brandon's role also involves collaborating with CBRE's Hotel Group and Land Services Group, as well as CBRE Capital Markets Institutional Properties, to broaden the reach of the Golf & Resort Group. His ability to integrate technology and data analytics into traditional real estate practices has been instrumental in enhancing the group's competitive edge.

Brandon holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona and is known for his strategic vision, leadership skills, and commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients.
