Professional Experience

Brendan Herlihy is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s New York Consulting Group and is experienced in all aspects of transactional real estate, with a primary focus on office leasing and over 10 million square feet of transactions completed to date. His primary role is to guide corporate and institutional occupiers of scale through the strategic planning, comparative economic analysis, negotiation, consensus building and documentation phases of complex real estate transactions in New York City. Brendan has also worked on behalf select New York City based clients whose office portfolios have led to representation of his client’s interests and completion of transactions in major office markets across the country and abroad.

Brendan received the 2017 Most Ingenious Deal of the Year Award from the Real Estate Board of New York for his work with the 1199 SEIU Funds and was profiled in the Commercial Observer's "30 under 30" list of rising stars in commercial real estate.

Prior to CBRE, Brendan received a Bachelor of Architecture from The Pennsylvania State University in 2010, where he also competed as a heavyweight on the Men’s Varsity Wrestling team.
