Brent Spitzer is a First Vice President with CBRE’s Data Center Solutions Group, advising data center occupiers, developers and investors on site selection, leasing, transactions and portfolio strategy. He helps clients navigate power, connectivity, infrastructure, site readiness and timing to help his clients make informed decisions.
Brent brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience across corporate advisory, transaction management, acquisitions and development. His practical, execution-focused approach helps clients evaluate complex requirements, manage risk and advance projects from strategy through transaction.
Before rejoining CBRE in 2026, Brent served as Southeast Market Leader for Bamboo Equity Partners, leading a regional industrial and office portfolio and structuring the firm’s first speculative industrial development in the Charlotte region. He previously spent nearly seven years with CBRE advising corporate and government clients on occupier services and global transactions across technology, telecommunications, healthcare and government.
