Brent Weitnauer, SIOR

Brent Weitnauer is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Industrial and Logistics Group and has 25 years of experience advising and implementing real estate strategies for local and national clients to help meet their objectives.

Weitnauer focuses on tenant representation, strategic asset valuation, and surplus property disposition, with extensive experience representing manufacturing companies. He further assists his clients by providing them with comprehensive financial analysis, incentives negotiations and building/site selection services.

Brent rejoins CBRE from Avison Young, where he spent 9 years. While at Avison Young he was a Principal and Senior Vice President and helped start the Atlanta office.

In his free time, Brent enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, hunting and fishing.
