Bret ensures seamless integration and collaboration across multiple cross-functional business lines to achieve cost management and operational efficiency, resulting transformational outcomes for the client and securing long-term, stable account growth for CBRE.
Previously, Bret held several leadership positions at CBRE, serving clients in the technology, telecommunications and financial services industries. With experience managing strategic, operational and tactical delivery teams across various asset types, including retail, office, data centers and critical environments, Bret has a proven track record of achieving maximum uptime and reliability, in addition to successfully navigating contracting through effective change-management practices.
