Brett Blanchard

Brett serves as a First Vice President in the Advisory and Transaction Services group at CBRE Houston, exclusively representing occupiers with their real estate requirements. His experience ranges from representing local, privately owned companies to advising publicly traded corporations with their headquarters lease, as well as real estate portfolio management and optimization. He couples CBRE’s best-in-class tools and deep pool of data with a hands-on approach to serve his clients, delivering exceptional value and service through every step of the process. Brett strives to provide a thorough evaluation of all scenarios based on corporate objectives and budgets; including comparative financial analyses and extensive due diligence to assist his clients in making informed, result-driven decisions.

Brett joined CBRE in 2021 and has more than 18 years of experience in real estate. He started his career in Houston at a commercial real estate appraisal firm before joining a leading local tenant representation firm in 2008 where he was consistently a top producer. Brett graduated from Texas A&M University and is married with two sons. Outside of work, Brett has a passion for fishing which he loves to share with his boys.
