Brian Anderson is a seasoned retail broker with a focus on landlord leasing, tenant site selection, property redevelopment, and strategic market entry across the Mountain West. With hundreds of completed transactions—200 of which involving off-market properties—Brian brings a creative, solutions-driven approach to complex site requirements and redevelopment opportunities.
He currently leads agency assignments in Utah, Washington, and Idaho, while also supporting tenant and investor initiatives in Montana. His client roster includes some of the most recognized brands in the country, such as Walmart, Tesla, Kroger, Google, Chick-fil-A, Dollar Tree, and Caliber Collision. Notably, Brian led the Utah rollout for Bank of America, securing approximately 75 locations statewide in just two years.
Brian’s leadership extends beyond brokerage. He previously served as a director with the Washington chapter of CCIM, where he helped organize and teach real estate investment and finance courses, contributing to the professional development of peers across the region.
Outside of real estate, Brian is deeply involved in his community. A dedicated football coach for over 20 seasons, he currently volunteers as the Offensive Coordinator for the defending Region 3 champion Riverton Silverwolves. His commitment to mentorship and teamwork is evident both on and off the field.
