Brian Beswick is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s San Francisco Peninsula and Silicon Valley markets, where he has worked since CBRE’s acquisition of Trammell Crow Company in 2006. Prior to that role, Mr. Beswick was a Vice President in the Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices of Trammell Crow since 1993 and was an office broker with CBRE prior to that, beginning in 1989.
Mr. Beswick’s primary area of expertise is in formulating real estate strategies and leading acquisition and disposition projects for clients in Silicon Valley and San Francisco, and globally as well. His tenant representation experience includes major headquarters and significant transactions for clients such as: Synopsys, Artisan Partners, Boston Private Bank, McGraw-Hill, McKesson and Marriott Hotels, among others. Mr. Beswick serves as real estate advisor to many of the nation’s largest and most reputable corporate clients and has significant experience advising start-ups and high-growth companies who desire a more entrepreneurial approach.
Mr. Beswick has been the #1 CBRE Office Broker in the Peninsula market for numerous years and is a perennial Top Five producer.
