The team has participated in over 1,000 sales transactions involving more than 40,000 acres with total sales in excess of $2 billion. Brian joined the team in 2002 and specializes in the evaluation, marketing and sale of land targeted for development and investment in the Chicagoland area. The team’s experience and strong relationships with developers focused on the Chicago market ensure their client’s will achieve the highest price and best terms when selling property. Brian is uniquely qualified in identifying development/investment properties and evaluating their feasibility for landowners, developers, users and investors.
Prior to joining CBRE, Brian spent two years with The Macerich Company, one of the country's leading owners, operators and developers of major retail real estate. Brian managed properties for The Macerich Company in Boulder, CO and Ventura, CA.
