Brian Butler currently serves as a Senior Transaction Manager with the Advisory & Transaction Services group at CBRE. In his current role, Brian focuses on the implementation of real estate strategies and transactions for his clients through structuring and negotiating commercial leases – across a multi-market platform.
Since joining the firm in 2015, Brian has completed over 134 transactions, totaling over 2.1 million square feet around the world; with a total consideration of over $59.4M. Some of the major corporations represented in these deals include: Rockwell Automation, US Foods, Arthur J. Gallagher, and Whirlpool.
