Brian Cohen

In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.

Brian is a Senior Vice President with the CBRE/New England Consulting Group. Brian directs the firm's Consulting Group practice, which delivers strategic real estate decision support to the firm's corporate clients. Brian specializes in counseling clients on issues related to site location and real estate portfolio strategy. His consulting experience includes headquarters and back office location optimization, as well as real estate portfolio strategy. Brian joined the firm in 2018 from Transwestern | RBJ. Prior to that role, he was at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was an Associate Director in the Global Business Consulting practice. He also spent two years in land development consulting focusing on zoning and entitlements issues in the southwestern U.S.
