Brian Fulker

As a Sr. Project Manager on the MultiCare Health System account, Brian has served as a liaison between the client and contractors preparing and reviewing project contracts with the ability to monitor and maintain project schedules.  His responsibilities include preparing project documentation and directing project meetings focused on efforts in new construction, renovation, and repair projects from inception to completion.

While serving as a Project Manager for CBRE Mr. Fulker has worked on a variety projects ranging from New Construction, to Tennant Improvements and Medical Equipment installations.   As a Project Manager for Group Health he managed the re-branding of over 50 locations in Washington and Idaho.  Brian has been instrumental in the execution of projects at the Good Samaritan Campus for MultiCare Health System.

Prior to joining the CBRE team, Mr. Fulker spent 4 years as the Senior Director of Outreach and Health and Wellness for the YMCA of Tacoma Pierce and Kitsap Counties.  Brian was integral in the implementation of collaborations with Harvard, Stanford, and the YMCA of the USA.  This collaboration developed change packages to improve customer relations as well as the standardization of best business practices for the Pierce and Kitsap Association.  Many of these best practices have been implemented on a national level.
