Brian Hollomon is a Global Alliance Director supporting the Expedia Group Account. In this role, Brian leads the Americas Portfolio made up of 2M square feet of campus HQ, high-rise office, operation centers, and data centers in the US, Canada, and Latin America. He supervises a team of 80+ employees who are responsible for $35M in operating budgets. Brian is the original Alliance Director who took the account from conception to go-live, with staffing, technology, finance, sourcing, and client relationship. Most recently, he led the opening and stand-up of the Seattle Campus HQ comprising of 1M square feet, 40 acres, and 3,500 employees.

Brian is a facility management professional with more than 20 years of transition and leadership experience. Prior to joining the Expedia Account, he worked as Alliance Director on the DaVita Account from the first year as a first-generation account. During his tenure, he led the transition and transformation of the account supporting 2,400 kidney dialysis centers as well as implementation of project management. Prior to that, Brian led the Microsoft North American Field Sites and International portfolio in the US, Canada, Ireland, Sweden, Korea, and China. Within the first six months, he helped Microsoft centralize all the 75 channel and 25 non-channel sites under Real Estate. Brian then went on to develop the first Americas Field Sites project management team supporting $8M in small refresh work. Before joining CBRE, he worked as an officer in the United States Air Force supporting the facilities and staff of a German NATO base. In his role as a Nuclear Missile Officer, he led 100 people in the daily operations for more than $1.25B in facilities and assets, and was awarded the 1998 Best Missile Crew in the Air Force.
