Brian Jarrett

Brian Jarrett is the Regional Managing Director of Project Management for the South-Central United States, including New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas. Brian’s team facilitates all aspects of development and construction by coordinating with inside and outside brokerage, operators and end-users, managing architects, general contractors, engineers, equipment manufacturers and consultants. His position encompasses build-to-suit, corporate interior construction and principal construction management. Brian has managed numerous projects in multiple market sectors including health care, industrial and manufacturing, corporate office, data and IT, and government sector.

CBRE South Central Regional Leader

Brian serves his clients by using his expertise in the following areas: program management, land development, design development, project and phasing logistics, cost projections, cost controls, relocation management, internal and external reporting and project execution. Brian has over 23 years in the commercial construction management industry and became CBRE’s South Central Region leader in 2023.

Market Leader for Central Texas

Prior to his current role, Brian spent the last four years leading project management for the Austin, San Antonio, Houston and El Paso markets. Brian not only was responsible for the business operations of the Central Texas project management service line, but he is also a player coach. He has continued to keep connected to his staff, by actively managing projects and by staying in-tune with the ever-changing construction market trends.
