Brian Finnell is a Director with Florida’s Valuation & Advisory Services Group. The Group has offices in Miami, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Tallahassee and Pensacola. Mr. Finnell's primary responsibility is internal appraisal report review throughout the Florida region.
