Brian Finnell is the Managing Director of Central Florida’s Valuation & Advisory Services Group. The Group has offices in Miami, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Tallahassee and Pensacola. Mr. Finnell primarily oversees the Central Florida offices but regularly directs assignments throughout Florida.
During his 35-year career, Mr. Finnell has performed appraisal assignments throughout the United States and has experience on a wide variety of property types, with a specialty in investment-grade multifamily, office, industrial and retail.
