Brian Matteoni with 35 years of Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Experience, is an Executive Vice President and Member Partner of CBRE National Industrial Logistics Team. Brian serves as a strategic advisor for investors, developers, and occupiers of Industrial Space throughout the Greater Silicon Valley and South 101 Corridor. Since 2000, Brian has consummated over 450 Transactions, comprising 21 Million SF of Industrial Space, and over $1.6 Billion in Total Lease / Sale Consideration.
Brian’s representation efforts include both Institutional Owned Projects, Multi Market Investor Holdings, and Private Capital Assets. Brian’s market insight, produced from decades of volume deal flow, creates unique opportunities which enable ownership to maintain tight product vacancy. Brian also specializes in Local, Regional, and Fortune 1000 National Industrial Occupier representation as it relates to re-location, renewal, expansion, and consolidation assignments.
Brian is a native of the Silicon Valley, and lives in San Jose with his wife Kristi, and has two daughters, Hannah and Kourtnie.
