Brian Nordahl serves as Executive Vice President at CBRE Hotels. Based in Dallas, Brian specializes in institutional investment sales across Texas and the South Central US. With over 32 years in the lodging industry, his extensive experience spans all facets of hospitality-related transactions, including securing equity and debt, asset management, capital administration and team leadership.
Brian’s deep knowledge of the entire hospitality assets life cycle combined with his ability to efficiently utilize his vast network gives him the capability to act as a strategic advisor for his investor clients. Prior to joining CBRE in January 2023, Brian led acquisitions, asset management and dispositions for Goldman Sachs’ global hotel investment portfolio. He managed over $1 billion in transactions and asset managed over $3 billion of hospitality assets across the globe.
Prior to his time at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Nordahl served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Sage Hospitality Resources in Denver and as a Principal for Watermark Capital Partners and Deloitte in Chicago.
